ReBOOT Camp
A Mutual Support Community for Professional Transition
ReBoot CAMP is a 12-month mutual support community for people in public service, social justice, nonprofit, and advocacy fields who are navigating professional uncertainty or rethinking what comes next.
The standard career advice doesn't have much to say to people in this position. Updating your LinkedIn and doing informational interviews doesn't address the actual problem: you built a career around trying to make things better, and now you're not sure where that career lives anymore.
Throughout the program we will address:
The bigger questions that don't fit into a job application: what you actually want, what kind of impact you want to have, how to use your skills in ways you haven't let yourself consider because they seemed too ambitious or unconventional.
Practical strategy for making it work: cobbling together income, breaking overwhelming goals into starting points, pursuing paths that seem too out there.
The emotional reality: professional loss as grief, identity when your job title disappears, separating what you want now from what made sense five years ago.
Turning ideas into action: pressure-testing plans in small groups, identifying real obstacles, landing on concrete next steps.
Every session ends with concrete next steps and accountability. You'll leave with something specific to work on and one or two people from the group who will check in with you before the next meeting.
Over the course of the year, you'll build a network of people who understand this particular situation, who can talk through hard decisions, make introductions, share opportunities, and offer perspective when you're stuck.
